Steamboat on a Wednesday with my best friend. The last steamboat date with V for 3 months (and for me too cos I only have steamboats with her) because she's leaving on Saturday for her internship at Shanghai boohoo :'( Who's gonna randomly meet me for steamboat or when I crave for kimchi soup..... Who's gonna listen to my rants and entertain me at 3 in the morning. Ok, not that V's gonna be having way different timezones like in the UK/US, but I am sure she is gonna be busy and will have the habit of going to bed early.
& today the both of us felt very sad because our usual steamboat place closed down?? La Mei Zi, located at the end of the entire steamboat stretch (the one beside Tian Tian Huo Guo, with the hotplate one..) is our hangout place la. SOOOOOO UPSET. TTHG wasn't happening either as the usual tables weren't outside, everything was shifted inside. V was just telling me "what if its closed" Woah really leh, we were so shocked to see the shutters of LMZ down and a paper stating FOR RENT was pasted on the shutters :'( Yup, no choice we settled for Xian De Lai. Ate till the both of us felt super duper full and bloated. Our usual routine of the after steamboat exercise is to walk around Bugis Street. Only V bought her Casio watch, other than that we were too lazy to hunt for clothes. The shops were closing anyways.
Planned to buy 12 cupcakes or yoghurt green tea from ilovetaimei but both of the shops closed by the time we reached. Soooooooooooo, I bought chewy juniors to accompany me through my drama marathon night(s) heheh ^.^v
YAYYYY BACK TO DUNMAN TOMORROW (later) WITH 5A!! SO EXCITED!! Haven't met the rest (besides PurplePaus) since foreverrrrrrrrr. I can't wait to eat school's food too. Omg, Thursday is chicken chop and kway chap day, I don't know which to eatttttttttttttt. YUMZ.
Argh suddenly feel like crying at the thought of the bff leaving for three months :'( see you on Saturday at the airport.......... I hope I won't cry like a baby!!
