Titans Of The Past

HELLO!! Finally updating this site! My exams ended a week ago and I am back working at the student care for the entire month of December. One week has passed and it was damn hectic. Been sleeping for only about 6 hours every day ever since my study break, which is definitely not enough??? 15 hours is the minimum that I need.

Since its the school holidays for primary school students, they will be in the student care for the entire day. So poor thing right. Of course there are activities planned out for them, such as baking, art and craft, outings, movie time….. There are four outings (every friday) in total, but I missed last week's as I haven't start work yet. Last week was a movie sesh and they watched Frozen. Sigh pie I also wanna watch!! Today's post will be about outing to Singapore Science Centre for "Titans Of The Past and Ice Aged Mammals" exhibition. I admit I was more excited as compared to the children because visit the science centre was sort of a yearly affair and they visit it twice a year (one in June one in December). I haven't visited the science centre for y e a r s, therefore you can't blame me for being excited right. The dinosaur exhibition was definitely an eye opener because I learnt more facts about them. The other exhibitions about science were also damn interesting! Different themes such as earth's climate, natural disasters, sounds, electricity, kinetic and so on were held in different areas. Oh oh oh there were many activities which were hands-on, it was soooo interactive! I (as well as the kids) was looking forward to the waterworks part so much… I even brought extra clothes to have fun with the students BUT it was raining damn heavily. When the heavy rain turned into a slight drizzle, it was still impossible because the science centre closed it due to lightning warnings. Okieee, I guess the video below pretty much sums up my day at Singapore Science Centre. So lazy to upload pictures because its just dinosaurs or the kids listening to the guide.

Hehe can't wait for next week's outing to River Safari. Virgin trip there and I AM SOOOO EXCITED!!!
