Presenting to you the bread cups filled with ham, cheese (for me only) and egg. They are really simple to make. I think I did not put enough butter on the muffin trays so it was quite difficult to get the cups out from the tray. That explains my ugly base (points to the picture on top). Oh well, this is my first time…. I just suddenly felt like doing it the moment I opened my eyes. Of course there is always room for improvements!
I baked at 180 Degrees Celcius for about 20 minutes! The time is really depending on how runny you want your egg yolk to be. Mine as half runny half hard!!!!!! Also before you put them into the oven, sprinkle some salt over for taste and varnish the bread cups with black pepper when its done :)
