Wadaaaaapppp I am back to sunny hazy (and humid) Singapore after my trip to BKK. Thought that BKK air was bad with all the vehicles on the road... but the air in Singapore is a million time worst. While I was in BKK, I was being updated about the PSI level. The aircraft had the burning smell even when we were in the air la. I could hardly breathe the moment I stepped out of the airport. The haze was one reason why I wasn't looking forward to coming back, but the bigger reason is I want to run away from reality (but how long can I run? I still have to face them right. Sighpie)
DAY 1:
2 hours flight > Asiatique for dindinz and a lil shopping.
Asiatique gave me the clarkquay feel, especially with all the pubs/cafes/restaurants because they are located by the river. Shopping was quite a disappointment because the stuff sold were mostly those statues/aroma kind of things...
DAY 2:
Chatuchak weekend market > baby nina picked me up > terminal 21 > the circle for dindinz @ Bonchon Chicken with her boyfriend > her place to stay over.
Chatuchak was hot but the coconut ice cream made up for everything. I also managed to get good deals for shorts, shirts and dresses!!! HARPIEGAL95
If you're wondering, Nina is my primary school friend and she is a Thai. She moved back to BKK and entered university a few years back (I can't remember). But yup, our friendship have already lasted for 8 years 8) Though we are so far away we still talk to each other almost every day and update each other with our lives and all! Whenever she comes to SG, she'd stay over at my place~ And when i'm over at BKK, Nina never fails to make time for me no matter how busy she is. Anyway, he jam was sooooo terrible, that explains the spam of pictures above. The traffic in BKK is worst than SG's, so I guess I have learnt how to appreciate SG more. Nina's place was like a palaceeeeee and her dog, Bacon is so cute and fat and fluffy!! Nua-ed at her house because I couldn't decide what to do and it was getting late already. But I enjoyed cuddling her to sleep and its amazing how we never ever run out of topics to talk about.
DAY 3:
Platinum > The Central > Siam Paragon > MBK
Day 3 was a shopping day and the highlight of my trip kekekekekekkekkekekekeek
DAY 4:
Chinatown > Seacon Square
Shopping + pedicure
DAY 5:
Macon > Health land > The Central World > Siam Paragon
Grocery shopping, massage, shopping and more shopping! Bought 3 dozens of Krispy Kreme doughnuts to bring back to Singapore. SO MUCH LOVE FOR THESE DOUGHNUTS. Can the branch in SG faster open?????????
DAY 6:
